Library Resources for Online Courses

The Johnson & Wales Providence campus library provides library-related support for online faculty and students. Librarians are available to assist you with providing a variety of resources into your courses. It is always best to coordinate with your assigned online instructional designer when contacting a librarian regarding resources for a course, as the instructional designer will ensure that resources are incorporated into your course in a instructionally and technically sound way.

Embedded Librarian Program - The library offers an embedded librarian program for courses, in which a librarian is added to a ulearn course site to provide resources and assistance for you and your students that are targeted to your course and/or specific assignments. To request an embedded librarian, contact your designated instructional designer.

Online Learners Library Guide - This linked guide is intended for students in online courses and includes a variety of resources to help online students use library resources.
